Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver to West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
2. Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days, depending on the courier and third-party arrangements.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the courier service and delivery location.
- Free delivery is available for orders over RM1,000 within a 40 km radius from our self-collection point.
4. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer errors. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact information, parcels may be returned to the courier. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Include photos and, if possible, a video of the unboxing. We will coordinate with the courier for claims or replacement as applicable.
7. Delivery Delays
- Deliveries may be delayed due to courier limitations, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
8. Self-Collection
- Orders can be collected from our collection point after 2 working days from confirmation. Customers will be informed if orders are ready for collection earlier.
