Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

  • During our soft launch period, deliveries are available within West Malaysia only. We plan to expand our delivery coverage to East Malaysia in the near future.

2. Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 working days after payment confirmation. As we are currently in our soft launch phase, this timeframe serves as an estimated lead time. We will make every effort to fulfil and dispatch orders earlier whenever possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services and third-party arrangements..

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the courier service and delivery location.
  • Delivery is arranged via third-party services (e.g. Lalamove), subject to availability.
  • During our soft launch period, free delivery is currently not available.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer errors. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact information, parcels may be returned to the courier. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Include photos and, if possible, a video of the unboxing. We will coordinate with the courier for claims or replacement as applicable.

7. Delivery Delays

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to courier limitations, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

8. Self-Collection 

  • Orders can be collected from our collection point and customers will be informed if orders are ready for collection earlier.
